• RATES: Prices quoted are monthly rates, require a minimum rental of two months and are valid until March 5, 2012.
• KITCHEN: Fully furnished, including full sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware.
• WASHER & DRYER: Furnished.
• LINENS AND TOWELS: Linens and towels are available for an additional fee.
• UTILITIES: We provide water, sewer, garbage pickup, and satellite TV service. You pay for your electricity.
• FEE: We do not charge a reservation fee. (We’re the only ones that don’t.)
• DEPOSIT: A security and utility deposit is required. Deposits will be refunded within seven days of receiving your final electric bill.
• HOTEL TAX: There is no Hotel Occupancy Tax on rentals of 30 days or more.
