1. To save you money, we offer three off-peak (lower priced) seasons. The rental agencies only offer one or two off-peak seasons.
   
   
2. Our Summer Rates are the best values in either Surfside or Galveston. But, our houses are an even better value when our Mid-season, Mid-off season, or Off-season rates are in effect.
   
   
3. We’ve reduced four of our least expensive houses so they are 15% lower than they were in 2006.

4. If your schedule lets you take advantage of our Weekday Special you can have a Monday thru Friday vacation for the same price as a weekend.
   
   
5. Each week check our Last Minute Deals. We would like to have every one of our houses being enjoyed by a family. If we have any vacancies or last minute cancellations we will try to list them in this section.
