This large, fully furnished house is the perfect retreat center to hold your church meetings, supervised youth groups, and bible study groups. You will be near Galveston and Houston, but your retreat will be at the beach, and your members will be far away from their daily routines.

The same beautiful location and large meeting rooms that make the Seven Views so perfect for church retreats also lends itself to more secular uses – such as business meetings, scrapbooking and bridge clubs, dinner get-togethers, guild meetings, and military unit retreats.

Easily expandable to accommodate 8, 10 or 18 additional guests
The Seven Views is immediately next door to the Dos Vistas and Mar Vista. The Dos Vistas has two bedrooms, two baths and accommodates 10 guests. The wheel chair accessible Mar Vista has two bedrooms, two baths, and accommodates 8 guests.

Groups larger than 32*. The Dos Vistas and Mar Vista are next door to the Seven Views. The Dos Vistas has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 10. The Mar Vista has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 8.

Large reception or meeting rooms for up to 50*. While only 32 people may spend the night at the Seven Views, the large living, dining and kitchen areas can comfortably accommodate a larger group.

* The Seven Views is a very large, nice house. Because of this, we rent to family, church or business groups only. We do not rent for parties. If the house is being abused, or used by more than the stated sleeping capacity, you may be evicted without a refund.
